I have just assumed my new position and I am curious what you all think about FNEs becoming death investigators while the EMTs and LE seem to resist this incorporating this skill group of nurses into this career field.

Many thanks for inviting me to the Death Investigation SIG group. Unfortunately, my gig didnt last very long. That is a story for a different time and lots of alcohol.

Stephanie, you are welcome to join our Death Investigation SIG group. We have a variety of people.
That is something I have always been interested in, however; getting cooperation for forensic nurses to be involved seems difficult. I think forensic nurses could bring great skills and qualities to death investigation - just my personal opinion. What exactly is your new position?
