Are you looking for an RN role where you can truly make a difference?
Riley Hospital's Pediatric Center of Hope offers private, individual, trauma-informed care. The program serves children and adolescents with allegations of sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect, blunt force and penetrating trauma, and all other forms of violence and injuries. Our patients are evaluated by a specially trained forensic nurse. Forensic nurses collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CPT Physicians, Emergency Department Physicians and staff, Law Enforcement, and DCS. This provides a holistic care approach and support while caring for the unique needs of these individuals. Physical assessment, evidence collection, forensic documentation, forensic photography, and courtroom testimony are all unique skills learned and executed by the forensic nurse. This position requires extreme detail and organization. The Center of Hope is known for its dedication to continuous learning and education; job-related training will be offered and encouraged as part of your onboarding process!
Seeking nurses with at least 3-5 years of nursing experience for this role. Candidates with RN experience in a fast-paced high acuity setting such as ICU, ED, L&D, or OR are preferred.
