Valeria Kägi

Valeria Kägi is a registered nurse and program director of the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Forensic Nursing at the University of Zurich in Switzerland. She has worked in forensic nursing since 2016, following several years of clinical experience in emergency and surgical nursing, as well as adult education. She is strongly committed to developing forensic nursing through continuing education, professional networking, and international collaboration. From 2021 to 2024, she served as president of the Swiss Association Forensic Nursing and continues to be actively involved in national and international forensic nursing networks. In her current role, Kägi is particularly engaged in developing and strengthening forensic nursing education in Switzerland. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying connected with the international forensic nursing community.
