Thanks for sharing this article. I think another area not addressed directly in this article was the lack of nursing/medical instructors in colleges to train the next healthcare workforce. Unfortunately, many schools of medicine and nursing have waiting lists of eager students, but no one to teach them. I'm sure there is a lot of reasoning and thoughts about why this is (too much to address here). But I think building the nursing/medical instructor workforce is all essential.

Dr. Clements, thanks for sharing. This report on a qualitative/quantitative study provides some important data on the state of healthcare and the potential future of healthcare. I thought this quote was spot on,
“We must start to shift the conversation away from discussing today’s healthcare problems to delivering solutions that will help improve patient outcomes. In our research, they have been clear about the areas they need support; we must act now to protect, equip and inspire the clinician of the future.”
This is an informative read, has important application to forensic healthcare and for those who are short on time, it's also recorded.
