Unique plans for addressing COVID-19 in programs housed outside a hospital

I am wondering if any programs that see patients experiencing SA, IPV, child abuse etc have plans that alter their normal practice in any way should their communities become overwhelmed with positive tests and illnesses? I am just asking as a way to be proactive and hope it isn't needed rather than have nothing in place and then have to react.
