Bethany Patterson

Bethany Patterson, BSN, RN, OR-SANE, is a lead forensic nurse at the Providence SAFE Center in Portland, Oregon, one of the first comprehensive clinics in the state for people affected by all types of violence. A nurse since 2017, Patterson has spent almost a decade in emergency nursing, including pediatric emergency care and trauma. She obtained her Oregon sexual assault nurse examiner certification and has been practicing since 2019. Outside of work, Patterson enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children. She loves staying active, traveling, and serving alongside her husband through their ministry supporting people experiencing homelessness and incarceration, as well as creating safe spaces for moms in their community.
