Rosanelly Garcia

Rosanelly Garcia, LCSW, is the Lead ER/Trauma Social Worker at Mount Sinai Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center located on Chicago’s West Side. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University and brings deep expertise in crisis intervention, trauma care, and community wellness. Garcia is also the Founder and CEO of Rosanelly Garcia Counseling and Wellness, LLC, a private group practice dedicated to culturally responsive mental health care.

A TEDx speaker and recipient of the NASW Social Worker of the Year award, Garcia is passionate about advocacy, healing, and empowering underserved populations. Beyond her professional roles, she’s a proud wife of 10 years and mother to three boys—including her newest addition, born just two months ago.
