Donna Scott Tilley, PhD, RN, CA-CP SANE, FAAN, is a Professor and Associate Dean for Research and Clinical Scholarship at Texas Woman’s University and an on-call SANE for Forensic Nurse Staffing of West Texas. Her current research focus is on-campus sexual assault and mitigating the long-term mental health consequences for survivors.
