Julia Stoltz

Detective Julia Stoltz is a 14-year law enforcement veteran currently serving in the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) division within the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office. She started her career as a Detention Officer, moving to Patrol Deputy, Field Training Officer, Persons Crime Detective, and currently ICAC, where she has dedicated her time to fighting child exploitation and human trafficking. Stoltz founded the Missing and Exploitive Children’s Investigative Group (MECIG) and is an active member of the Child Abduction Response Team. She played a key role in advancing child safety legislation, contributing to the successful passing of two Arizona state laws. Her work bridges investigative practice, victim-centered approach, and collaborative efforts to combat exploitation and human trafficking.
