Another benefit of your membership now includes participation in AFN's new Mentorship Program!
An AFN mentor can share information about his or her own career path, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling. Mentors can also assist with exploring career paths, goal-setting, developing contacts, program development, and resource identification. Working to implement a new project or program? A mentor can provide support and guidance with both development and implementation.
Whether your are looking for a structured program with specific expectations or guidelines, or something more informal, the AFN Mentorship Program is intended to be customizable to fit the needs of our members! The mentor/mentee relationship is intended to grow and change as the mentee grows and his/her needs change.
