Joint Commission Advisory on Identifying Human Trafficking Victims in Healthcare

The Joint Commission (TJC) has announced an alert encouraging medical providers to provide information and options to victims of trafficking and supporting them throughout the process of potential reporting to law enforcement.

As part of the new recommendations, TJC has provided a Quick Safety advisory on identifying the victims of human trafficking for health care providers.
